History

Condra’s Service Division was established in 1982 to provide existing clients with after sales service, parts and maintenance. Today, custom built training facilities at Condra’s state-of-the-art factory outside Johannesburg provide technicians with ongoing training and experience in all makes and types of cranes.

Standard of Service

Condra is an affiliate of the South African Materials Handling organisation, and sits on the Professional Members Council of the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS). We recognise that crane maintenance is an integral part of operations in so far as cost, quality and safety are concerned. Our agents uphold a strict standard, thereby ensuring Condra’s place in the international market as a reputable, reliable supplier of hoists, cranes and other materials handling equipment. Management stays abreast of local and international trends in maintenance and repair procedures, with a particular focus on safety as it relates to both the client and to our personnel.

When an agent needs a spare part not held in stock, Condra guarantees its delivery within 48 hours, anywhere in the world (pending availability and courier service levels).
